3. Photo Book Purchases

All photo book sales are subject to availability. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of printed goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

4. Print Orders

Fine art prints are offered on a made-to-order basis and are not purchased directly through the website. All print orders are handled through email or the contact form.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Orders are confirmed only after direct communication and agreement on details.

5. Made-to-Order Prints

All prints are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is listed on the website unless otherwise noted.

Print pricing and custom order pricing will be provided upon inquiry and may vary based on size, format, and availability.

Payment terms will be communicated before confirming any custom order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

7. Production and Shipping

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at the time of order.

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to printing, materials, or shipping carriers. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

8. Color and Print Variation

Colors may appear differently in print than on screen due to variations in monitors and printing processes. Slight variations are normal and are not considered defects.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at our discretion.

We are not responsible for items lost or delayed by shipping carriers.

10. Event and Photography Inquiries

Inquiries for photography services or event bookings may be submitted through the contact form or email.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Any photography services will be subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, pricing, and terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robert Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products or services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
